Amen that was a miracle to see in itself that. Roger and I were talking to his mom Bertie and we were discussing sins. We had told his mom that gambling was a sin. Bertie said oh no it ain’t… Bertie went to the Horse races for over 40 years and she would loose her whole pay check every week. She use to take peoples bets from her work to the track for free. She had a book she wrote the bets and numbers in. Rogers dad Irvin told his mom that she was going to get caught as a bookie. Well one day they came to work and arrested her for being a bookie. Just like Irvin had told her. He used to yell at her about the horse races and would call her names and always end up with your a bookie, Roger told me. He also told me how it made him feel towards women. We were going to church that next day and we were bringing six people who had never been to the church. Roger and Bertie and I where getting dressed. I got dressed and started to pray with Bertie as I curled her hair. We went on to church but before we left we had met up with six others who were new to the church and we were bringing them with us. Before we left out of no where Bertie said she was a Bookie. I said oh Grandma bookie…we laughed…We prayed again before we left. When we got to church I said, “mother let’s pray to God” we lifted our hands up and other women began to flock around us filling the room with smoke. It felt like everything was moving in slow motion all the women began speaking in unknown tongues or starting to speaking to the father In SPIRIT Language…I could feel her spirit moving within her…Glory she was ready and we continued to pray. She kept saying thank you Jesus hallelujah I said, “yes MOTHER” then My Husband turned around and spoke to the father he used 1 finger through the Power of the Holy Ghost to touch his mother. Then she received her heavenly language. I think about 15 people in that service received the GIFT of GOD! Hallelujah for miracles like those I will never forget that and makes me think all we have to to is repent. With a clean heart and we can be saved through the Blood of Jesus and through the Baptism of Holy Ghost and Fire in Jesus name…fast forward We got home for dinner I asked how she felt she said, “cleansed from within renewed and revived” she was so happy about Jesus she would sing to him everyday with her sweet missed Bertie Lee Treety… Well she also confessed to her son that gambling in access like she had done was a sin. I was so amazed how the Holy Ghost will help someone confess to their sin. There was a real healing between Roger and his mother. Roger had to deal with the gambling and lying and deceitfulness all his childhood. He said his dad called his mom every nasty name one could think of.
